Subject: 🌴 Important leasing information for Talis Park homeowners Dear Talis Park Residents: This is a friendly reminder regarding the lease application process if you are planning to rent out your home, condominium or coach home. Please submit all lease applications and required documents to the TPCA management office at least 30 days prior to the lease start date. This allows sufficient time for the application to be reviewed and processed, and for gate access to be confirmed and set up. When you transfer your Golf Club membership to your tenant, please note that the membership transfer must be completed through the Talis Park Golf Club. Homeowners should contact the Golf Club directly for information regarding the membership transfer process and requirements. ⛳ For condominium and coach homeowners: Lease applications must be submitted to and approved first by your specific condominium management company before being submitted to our office for final approval. Please be aware that vehicle transponders will only be issued to tenants with a lease term of six (6) months or longer. Residents who lease is for six months or less must be added to homeowners’ Checkpoint accounts as visitors. We truly appreciate your cooperation in following these requirements.
